Funky and spirited, Hearth 71 is a celebration of open-fire cooking, craft beer and rock ā€˜nā€™ roll. With greatest hits as the soundtrack to the meal, the experience unfolds circled around a blazing fire which features locally sourced, rustic dishes such as artisanal charcuterie boards, seasonal salads and large format plates such as oven-roasted Amish chicken with honey butter biscuits, b&b pickles and braised greens, along a local favorite, fried walleye with cornmeal crust, bacon potato salad and brussels sprout slaw.
